Embedding lattice information in observables

Changes:

• Attach Bravais lattice and unit cell to type Obser_Latt
• Save MaxEnt Channel and dtau in type Obser_Latt
• Write this info into file *_tau_info or *_eq_info
• New analysis binary that combines the functionality of analysis.sh, cov_scal, cov_eq and cov_tau

TODO:

• Check format of info file (Precision of floats)
• Clear up Norb vs Latt_unit%Norb
• Make connection Channel -> PartHole (=tau symm)
• Replace current analysis with ana.out in documentation and pyALF
• Update Documentation
