We decided to create documents describing our future processes. Among the things to note:

• release cycles
• public process to include developers/maintainers
• We should outline what qualifies a potential developer/maintainer
• We should outline what we expect from contributions
• reminder to give things back to the core code
• How to report issues
• how to get support
