I have created the ALF-1.2 along with a ALF-1.2 branch in the testsuite git. The Documentation still has to be updated. In particular 1) PQMC, Trial wave functions etc. 2) The nsigma class Both 1) and 2) can be carried over to ALF 2.0 3) There is no use updating the doxygen in this branch since this will not be carried over to ALF 2.0
