Resolve "Simulation overwrites default parameters"

Turning namelist copies created in default_params for shallow copies into deep copies, to avoid accidentially changing the default parameters.

updating the tV.ipynb notebook according to the new defaults and updating the interaction strength conventions in the notebook. There was a factor of two wrong.

update (reduce) interaction strength in default variables of the tV model. The former ones of V=4 are a bit too strong and generate unstable greens function (code crashes with unstable matrix error message).

Resolve "Switch analysis from cov_scal, cov_eq, and cov_tau to ana.out"
