I've prepared a document (DE-RSE-Proposal.md) that could serve as a starting point of discussion with the
Vorstand of DE-RSE and onboarding other people that have shown interest.
Please go through it and tell me whether I can forward it to DE-RSE and what you want to see added/changed.Jefferson Stafusa E. PortelaJefferson Stafusa E. As a main guide for composing this draft I took the template from the Bavarian gvmnt. (https://www.justiz.bayern.de/media/images/behoerden-und-gerichte/reggmustersatzung_gemeinn_tziger_verein.pdf also in ./Examples_and_Info/), adding things from similar clubs' statutes (linux, free software, etc.). I'd believe that this covers at least the minimum of the point 2 above, but I'm of course no lawyer.
Point 1 merits more discussion.
And, of course, the language should be checked throughout.
