Add an option that saves all the calculated eigenvalues regardless of what the erange option says.

I have encountered an issue where the number of final or initial states in the transitions file exceeds that in the dependence file.

This occurs when at least one of the initial or final states is within the erange, meaning that the transition is not discarded (this is a feature, not a bug).

It would be helpful to have an option to save all calculated eigenvalues to create finer granular filters during evaluation when a transition is calculated where either the initial or final state is outside the range.
