Fourth feature release after the initial release (%kdotpy-v1.0-release).

Please collect features and other tasks here, that are scheduled to be finished around the due date.

For this release, we will continue with code improvement, which we started for %kdotpy-v1.3 but didn't complete. In line with the Python support schedule, we will drop support for Python 3.9. We will also raise version requirements for Numpy, Scipy, and matplotlib.

As of the time of writing, no new features are scheduled, but we may add them in due course. Please feel free to suggest.
