standard Hamiltonian terms database

@fgoth you remember that a couple of weeks ago I created the obsparts header, where standard observables which can be used for a number of models, are collected. Now, how about I do the same thing for the Hamiltonian terms? E.g. the canonical interaction term is identical among almost all models. One wouldn't want to implement it every time again. What do you think?
