Local observables

During the implementation of pinning fields, in the hopping matrix, we need to introduce a new observable that takes care of local correlations on the lattice. That is: O_{i,\delta} where i is the unit cell and \delta the orbital. We also decide to generate a new branch for this so as not to mixed up things.
