Add possibility to initialize symmetry inequivalent interactions generally

Includes new possibility to initialize symmetry inequivalent interactions using syntax like [J1,J2,[J3a,J3b]]. In case there are multiple interactions specified, a) we check, that the number matches the one of symmetry inequivalent bonds b) the bonds are initialized in order of increasing bond distance
