Bond rework

Reworked bond.exchange to contain only one matrix instead of a vector of matrices, since for considering pure spin models a 3 x 3 matrix is all we need to fully characterize the couplings between the x, y, z components of the spin operator. This change had to be carried over the whole Lattice folder as well as the initialization of the action.
